Princess Asharaje is keenly interested in Women's Welfare and Sports and has been the President of Women's Cricket in Baroda. She is Director of several companies and is also the Chairperson of two companies in Nepal, one to do with Hydropower and the other with Tourism. She is also actively involved in Charities for supporting and improving Sports & Children's education, as well as Arts. Crispino Lobo is co-founder of 3 non-profits in India - the Watershed Organisation Trust (WOTR), the Sampada Trust (ST) and the Sanjeevani Institute for Empowerment and Development (SIED). The WOTR Group, as they are known, today works across 6 states in India partnering close to a million people help themselves out of poverty in the hinterlands of India.
Having spent more than 20 years in the development sector at all levels from the grassroots to policy levels, nationally and internationally, Crispino is well known for his achievements in the fields of natural resource management, participatory watershed development, integrated water resources management and climate change adaptation.
Crispino has had an eclectic academic experience with 5 university degrees covering the fields of philosophy, theology, psychology, economics and public administration, the last being from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
He counts amongst his most satisfying achievements the organizing and management of a successful large-scale community-led watershed development program in India which led to the Government of India setting up a fund of nearly half a billion dollars to replicate this experience across the country; development of effective systems and approaches that promote participation, accountability and performance in watershed programs, various components of which have been widely adopted across the country; and designing of a capacity building pedagogy that has contributed to strengthening the capacities of hundreds of non-profits and over 320,000 development practitioners from all over the world.

Colonel Lalit Rai, Vir Chakra, was commissioned into the elite ELEVEN GORKHA RIFLES in 1977, the colonel has been in operations in all types of terrains. Due to his 'never say die' attitude, versatility and willingness to take on dangerous operations, was handpicked by the Army to form and lead the first 'Dangerous & High Risk Mission' team, which is the precursor and genesis of today's elite National Security Guards (NSG).
The Colonel has done two years of highly acclaimed research work on Global Terrorism from Department of Defence & Strategic Studies, Pune University. He is a postgraduate in Management from the College of Defence Management, Secunderabad and from the prestigious Naval Postgraduate School, California, USA.
For his conspicuous bravery of an exceptional order and inspirational leadership, the President of India awarded the prestigious VIR CHAKRA gallantry award to Col Lalit Rai. The Colonel is a National level sportsman in Soccer and Athletics and a keen mountaineer. He is an inspirational speaker and trainer and has trained and motivated a large number of Corporates and students. He has also given several psychological strengthening and inspiring sessions to the Indian Hockey Team in 2010. That year they created a record of podium positions in all the three prestigious tournaments that they participated in, like Azlan Shah Cup, Commonwealth Games and the Asian Cup.
29 years with the Indian Navy, Capt. Virendra Singh Marya specialized in logistics & supply chain management functions. He has been the Joint Controller of Procurement and Head of Procurement and Supply Chain Management of the Western Naval Command Mumbai and the Andaman & Nicobar Command, Port Blair.
In 2008, following his last appointment in the Navy as Addl. General Manager (Personnel & Administration), Capt. Marya took premature retirement from the service to pursue his interest in films and joined INOX Leisure Ltd as the Regional Head (East). Subsequently, as CEO of a young film production & distribution company, he produced two Bengali feature films, and distributed Hollywood and Hindi films.
A well networked individual & a multi-faceted professional with over 33 years of rich experience with the Indian Navy & Entertainment Industry, Capt. Marya has worked as consultant with several Producers & Directors and stalwarts from the Film Industry, including Mr. Amitabh Bachchan. Capt. Jainardhan Sathyan is a multi talented producer, director and a transmedia specialist. He has produced more than twenty television shows, music videos, commercials and directed short films. His recent directorial film Harvey's Dream, has been winning several awards at the festivals around the world. In the past, he has worked with the WPP group, the world's largest advertising conglomerate, as Producer/National Director - Content, where he was responsible for producing branded content and delivering transmedia campaigns for brands like Pepsico, Unilever, Kelloggs, Lufthansa, LG and many more. He also runs a startup that develops smartphone applications for entertainment shows and series. He is a film graduate and lives in Los Angeles with his wife, son and when he is not working, he loves traveling to a new city on exploration.

Kalpana has over 15 years of experience in communication and public relations. 2002 onwards, she has spend most of her career path in the voluntary sector. First as Head of the Communication Resource Mobilisation Team with Oxfam India from 2001 to 2005 and in the following years has held several consulting assignments and conducted social audits for various NGO assignments across India, audits primarily in the North East [Assam] for Ants and Partners.
She also held training sessions to help NGOs set up systems in Communication and Resource Mobilization using her expertise in capturing corporate CSR.
